We are a group of active, young, professional Delta Delta Delta Alumnae who live and/or work in the city of Chicago. We are diverse in age, background and profession. The Loop Group is only one of the many ways our members are involved in the Chicagoland area. For those who grew up here or have friends here, we offer another way to socialize and network. Each member adds unique qualities to the makeup of the Loop Group.
We meet once a month for dinner to talk, socialize, and catch up on news and activities. In addition to regular meetings, exciting events are planned for Tri-Deltas to share interests and hobbies throughout the year. Some past events have included a Cubs game, Jazzin’ at the Shedd. and an evening at Ravinia Festival. Our semi-annual pub crawl provides a great opportunity to explore different scenes around the city.
All members will receive a directory with everyone's home, work, hobbies and college information. This serves as a great reference tool for our members. Each month, an email will be sent to keep you informed of meeting dates and upcoming events. In between monthly meetings, our Calendar of Events provides up-to-date information.
Membership in the Chicago Loop Group offers a variety of opportunities for involvement in local collegiate chapters. Each year we host a Career Night with the Northwestern Collegiate chapter where our members visit the chapter to discuss careers and job opportunities. Loop Group members also serve as advisors to many chapters throughout the Midwest. Serving as officers and committee members, hosting monthly meetings, or being enthusiastic participants, members are involved within the Loop Group as well.
Finally, our group values the individuality of our members. We enrich our lives by sharing our interests, career resources, and our friendship.
